How it Works
Design, Capture, Print, Magnet. We begin with a custom design, capture each moment, and produce photo magnets on-site for guests to take home.
Before the event, you work directly with our graphic designer to create a personalised photo magnet frame that fits your event perfectly. Choose from our ready-made frame library or build something from scratch: your branding, event name, date, custom fonts, and colours all locked in and ready to print from the first shot of the event.
While your event comes alive, the magic happens. Our professional photographer moves seamlessly through the crowd, capturing the buzz, the laughter, and those unforgettable in-the-moment memories. We follow the energy, spotlight your guests at their best, and turn real interactions into standout snapshots. Every shot is thoughtfully composed, ready to be transformed instantly into high-quality photo magnets your guests will love taking home.
Throughout the event, a new batch of custom photo magnets comes off our on-site printer and goes straight onto the Magnet-Me Board, where guests can spot themselves, grab their personalised magnet, and take it home that same moment. Premium prints available in 4x3 inch and 6x4 inch sizes. Unlimited magnet prints included.
When the event wraps up, every guest has already taken home their photo magnet. You receive a curated magnet package for yourself, plus a USB loaded with every high-resolution photo from the event — and the option to share them all through a private online gallery. The magnets go on fridges, and the memories stick around long after the event.
